Biography of Sanaiyya Faheem Ansari

Advocate Sanaiyya Faheem Ansari, One of the founder members of Executive Committee and Treasurer Manabadhikar Shongskriti Foundation (msf)

Educated from the department of Law, Dhaka University practiced for 5 years in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. From 1997 to February 2016 worked in a Human rights Organization named Ain o Salish Kendra (ASK). She worked there as a Senior Deputy Director, Gender and Social Justice. She was responsible to design, implementation, assesses, supervise, modify and building capacity of the staff in the light of overall situation of the country. The program named Gender and Social Justice initiates the Community Activism for promoting and protecting Human Rights, where the community people, lawyers, journalist and NGO community are taking voluntary part to uphold the spirit of the program. Besides this she is involved in the whole process of designing, implementing, reviewing and assessing the program of different Organizations. She received the Certificate of an International Trainer from Asia Pacific forum for Women, Law and Development (APWLD).and conducted trainings in many countries of the world in the human rights field. She is a Free Lance Trainer conducting trainings, research, study ,policy analysis for Journalists, NGOs, Judges, Police, Students, Minority Groups., Transgender, Garments Workers, sex Workers, Community Leaders, Lawyers, Government officials nationally and internationally. She is a freelance CSR Facilitator for Tchibo GmbH, a private company in the Federal Republic of Germany from 2016. She is responsible to facilitate rights and labor issues in the 17 Factories with workers and management in Bangladesh. Currently working as an Executive Director of an NGO named Network for research and Training NRT (part time). She Was the Regional and Programme Management Committee member of Asia pacific forum for Women law and Development (APWLD 2111-2016). She is a regular trainer of APWLD on Feminist Legal Theory and Practice (FLTP)
